အသင္း၏ရည္ရြယ္ခ်က္မ်ားမွာ ေအာက္ပါအတိုင္းျဖစ္ပါသည္။

(က) အသင္းသားမ်ား၏ သေဘၤာလုပ္ငန္းဆိုင္ရာ ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားကို အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ လုပ္ထံုး လုပ္နည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ တေျပးညီေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္ေရးအတြက္ အက်ိဳးအျမတ္ကို မရည္ရြယ္ဘဲပ့ံပိုးကူညီေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
(ခ) ျမန္မာသေဘၤာသားမ်ား ကမၻာ႔ကုန္သြယ္ေရေၾကာင္းက႑တြင္ အလုပ္အကိုင္အခြင္႔အေရးမ်ား ပိုမိုျဖစ္ထြန္း ေအာင္ျမင္ေစရန္။
(ဂ) ျမန္မာသေဘၤာသားမ်ား၏ အက်ိဳးခံစားခြင့္မ်ားကို ေဒသအတြင္းရိွ အျခားအာဆီယံႏိုင္ငံမ်ား၏ အလုပ္ရွင္၊ အလုပ္ သမားဆက္ဆံေရးကိစၥမ်ားႏွင္႔အညီ ျဖစ္ေစရန္အတြက္ ျပည္တြင္းရိွညီေနာင္မိတ္ေဆြအဖြဲ႔အစည္းမ်ား၊ ဌာနဆိုင္ရာ မ်ားႏွင္႔ ညိွႏႈိင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ရန္။
(ဃ) သေဘၤာပိုင္ရွင္မ်ား ႏွင္႔ သေဘၤာသားကိုယ္စားလွယ္မ်ား ( Collective Bargaining Agreement ) မ်ား လက္မွတ္ ေရးထိုးရန္အတြက္ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို ကူညီညွိႏိႈင္း ေဆာင္ရြက္ေပးရန္။
(င) လုပ္ငန္းသဘာ၀တူညီေသာ အျပည္ျပည္ဆိုင္ရာ သေဘၤာ၀န္ေဆာင္မႈလုပ္ငန္းမ်ား၏ သတင္း အခ်က္အလက္မ်ား ႏွင္႔ သုေတသနဆိုင္ရာကိစၥရပ္မ်ားကို အသင္းသားမ်ားအားျဖန္႔ေ၀ရန္။
(စ) ႏိုင္ငံေတာ္မွေလ့က်င့္သင္ၾကားေပးေသာ လူ႔စြမ္းအားအရင္းအျမစ္မ်ားကို ေရေၾကာင္းက႑တြင္ အျမင့္မားဆံုး တိုးတက္ဖြံ႔ျဖိဳးေအာင္ကူညီေဆာင္ရြက္ေရး။

The Objectives of the MyanSea Association

a) To support and assist the shipping services of the members in conformity with the International practice without taking into account of benefits.

b) To develop and success of the work opportunities of the Myanmar Seamen in the world's mercantile marine.

c) To coordinate with the local companion organizations and departments concerned for the benefits of Myanmar Seamen in conformity with the relationship between Employer and Employee of the other ASEAN Countries in the region.

d) To coordinate with ship owners and representatives of seamen for the signing of (CBA) Collective Bargaining Agreement.

e) To distribute the information and research of the other international seamen services.

f) To assist and develop the human resources which has been trained by Government in Maritime field.
